At SHARP Knife Shop, we stand behind the quality of our cutlery; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wrap the knife in its original blade guard and box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to SHARP

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our bladesmiths verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
